Ingredients:
3/4 cups Softend Butter
1 pack Instant butter scotch pudding mix (optional)
1.25 cups All purpose flour (3.4 oz)
1/2 cup Pecans
Choped Raicins & Cashew nuts (optional)
Note: You can use Sesame seeds instead of Pecan
Preperation:
1. Heat oven 375F for 15 minits
2. Cream butter and pudding mix until smooth
3. Gradually beat in Flour
4. Add Pecans, Raicins & nuts
5. Grease a table spoon with non-stick cooking spray
6. Take a Tablespoon ful of dough and drop it on the baking sheet 2inch apart
7. Flatten and bake for 10 - 13 minits in the oven
